  • Beginner Pole

    Pre-requisites: None! Great for first time students and up!

    Our beginner pole class is designed for those with little to no prior experience. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic moves and techniques in a safe and supportive environment. No matter your fitness level or dance background, our beginner pole class is open to all who are interested in exploring this exciting and empowering discipline.

  • Intermediate Pole

    Pre-requisites: Proficient in climbs, inversions, leg hangs. Should be familiar with butterfly, shoulder mounts, and aerial inverts.

    Intermediate pole dancing is a step up from beginner-level classes and focuses on more advanced techniques and moves. Students who have completed beginner classes and have a good foundation in the basics can move on to intermediate pole dancing. In intermediate classes, students will continue to build upon their strength, flexibility, and coordination, while learning new and challenging moves and combinations. This level of pole dancing often requires a higher degree of athleticism and body control, and may include inversions, spins, and holds.

  • Advanced Pole

    Pre-requisites: Should be familiar with aerial inverts, brass monkey, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, ayeshas/handsprings

    Advanced pole dancing classes are designed for students who have already mastered intermediate-level techniques and are ready to take their skills to the next level. These classes focus on complex and challenging moves, dynamic combinations, and seamless transitions. Students will work on refining their technique, improving their fluidity and grace, and pushing the boundaries of what they thought was possible on the pole. This level of pole dancing often involves aerial acrobatics, dynamic spinning, and intricate choreography.

  • Pole Flow

    Pre-requisites: Heels and knee pads are recommended but not required! Some level of experience with basic pole dance techniques such as spins, climbs, and basic inversions. It's important to have a good foundation in these skills before attempting pole flow.

    Pole flow is a style of pole dancing that emphasizes fluidity and creative expression. In a pole flow class, students will work on creating seamless transitions between moves and combining their skills into dynamic and flowing sequences. Students will work on developing a smooth and natural flow, using their body movements to connect one move to the next.

  • Open Pole

    Pre-requisites: Open to all levels however 2-3 beginner classes is recommended before doing an open pole session.

    An open pole class with no instructor is a self-directed practice session for pole dancers, where individuals can work on their skills and routines without the guidance of a teacher. Participants are expected to have a certain level of proficiency in pole, as well as knowledge of safety measures, to practice independently. This type of class provides a space for individuals to work on their technique, try new moves, and perfect their routines.

  • Conditioning

    Pre-requisites: None! Open to all levels

    Conditioning class focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness specifically for pole progression. You can expect a challenging workout that combines traditional strength and conditioning exercises with specific moves and techniques used in pole dancing. The class may include exercises to target specific muscle groups used in pole dancing, such as the arms, core, legs, and grip strength. It may also include cardio and plyometric drills to build endurance, as well as stretching to increase flexibility and prevent injury. This class is suitable for all levels and can be a great way to get in shape, improve technique, and build the physical strength needed for more advanced pole dance moves.

  • Flexibility

    Pre-requisites: Open to all levels

    Our flexibility class typically involves stretching, contortion, and other techniques to improve the dancer's flexibility, control, and overall performance. The class may include warm-up exercises, strength training, and techniques for moving on and around the pole. Participants can expect to work on increasing their range of motion, improving balance, and developing the flexibility necessary for more advanced pole dance moves. The class is often suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers, and can be a great way to improve overall fitness, flexibility, and pole dance skills.

  • Invert Ready

    Pre-requisites: Proficient in climbs, and basic spins, and comfortable with beginner classes.

    An invert class focuses on teaching participants how to perform inversions on the pole. These moves can include handstands, headstands, and other aerial acrobatics. The instructor will guide you through proper technique, body positioning, and strength-building exercises to prepare for inversions. The class may also cover spotting techniques and safety measures to minimize the risk of injury while practicing inversions. This type of class is suitable for intermediate to advanced pole dancers who have mastered basic pole moves and are looking to challenge themselves further.

  • A private pole party is a class that’s tailored to your group. You’ll have an Ethaerial instructor lead your group through a short warm up and teach you fun moves based on your group’s experience and interests.

    Whether you’ve never tried pole before or you are looking for a specialized group instruction, a private party is a fun group activity!

  • $100 per hour

    A one-on-one private pole session at a pole studio is a personalized class where you have the opportunity to work with an Ethaerial instructor on a one-to-one basis. During the session, you'll receive individualized attention and feedback on your technique, as well as personalized instruction based on your skill level, goals, and interests.
